All photoshoot bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. However, if you need to cancel and notify us more than 72 hours before your scheduled shoot, you are eligible to receive a 50% refund on your deposit. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the shoot are not eligible for any refund. Edited work that has been delivered is also non-refundable due to the time, resources, and creative effort invested.
The only exception to this policy is in the case of unavoidable “Acts of God” (such as natural disasters, severe illness, or other unforeseen emergencies) that prevent the session from taking place. In such instances, we will work with you to reschedule or issue a credit at our discretion.
